The Melt Bar and Grilled featured dessert for April is Strawberry Shortcake Bread Pudding, made of homemade vanilla cake bread pudding smothered and soaked with sweet strawberries, then topped with vanilla ice cream, real whipped cream and yummy powdered sugar!
April’s featured beer is North Coast Steller IPA, a resinous and piney IPA brewed for the Steller sea lions because of their declining population. North Coast Brewing Company of Fort Bragg, CA has pledged to help support marine mammal research along the Pacific coast and donates money to this wonderful cause with every beer sold. Melt is thrilled to partner with North Coast to support this tremendous cause. 5.6% abv
The April cocktail feature is the Hurricane Melt, a wonderfully tropical and refreshing cocktail made of Bacardi Rum, Kraken Rum, fresh lime and orange juice, and house-made grenadine. It is perfect for warmer days ahead and will blow you away!
The Harvest for Hunger campaign to benefit the Dayton Food banks is here and Melt Bar and Grilled encourages all guests to “round up the bill to fight hunger” the weekend of April 27th – 29th. All money raised will be donated directly to Ohio food banks to battle hunger right here at home and all money collected will be matched by Melt. Click here for more information.
