A kitchen fire on April 20th at downtown Dayton’s Brunch Club closed the local eatery for repairs that were guestimated to take a few weeks to repair.
An update today from Brunch Club owner Jim Vari shared this news:
After meeting with the engineer and restoration people last week, the restoration company started tearing out the kitchen for repair and the time frame for completion has been extended considerably, considering all the contractors, code updates, permits etc. Their expected completion for reopening is now scheduled for sometime in September. ?
We hate to hear this, but we’ll be anxiously awaiting their reopening, ready to stop in for a great breakfast this fall.
