The Flavor House Event Center on Patterson, which opened in March of 2024 in the building that was originally Basil’s on Market, with 4,800-square-foot indoors and a 2,000 square foot patio has closed down. It originally opened in January of 2021 as the 111 Flavor House in the spot that is now Teardrop Steakhouse.

However, Owner Demetrius Wright shared with us that the Flavor House is in the process of moving to 130 W. Second Street, which was the original location for Table 33. They’ve done some extensive renovations on the space and hope to be open early October.
