Join us for “Haunts in the Heart,” an intimate, rotating-location paranormal event that blends historical storytelling with interactive ghost hunting.
About the event
Whether you’re a seasoned investigator, love history or just curious, this monthly experience invites you to explore Centerville’s rich past — and its lingering spirits.
🕯️ Each evening is guided through 3-4 carefully selected locations. Bring your own ghost hunting equipment if you have it & investigate with experienced paranormal investigators. Come prepared to enjoy the best of Centerville within the DORA district (food & alcohol not included in ticket price).

✨ Authenticity guaranteed: All featured locations have been personally investigated by your ghostess with the mostess Paula Dytko (P3 Haunted Escapes) & her residential team of experts to ensure genuine paranormal activity — though the spirits keep their own schedules, we promise an evening full of intrigue!

Now in their soft opening stage T4Dayton is located across from Centerville’s Lock 27 on Dayton Lebanon Pike.

Sweeney’s Seafood Bar & Grill has been in business for well over 28 years. The Full-Service Restaurant is located in downtown Centerville’s historical district. The restaurant specializes in quality steaks, seafood and pasta.
The business is for sale for $295,00. The real estate ($850,00) is in addition to the purchase price or the buyer can rent. The back parking lot is included with purchase or rental


Director of Food Service Jason Pajari is looking forward to welcoming guests back and hopes to be able to bring back the Sunday brunch buffet and jazz on the green, which takes place on the patio in June, when they get the all clear from the health department as the effects of the pandemic lessen.



You’ll also see a variety of wine glasses, cork holders and novelty wine gifts and accessories merchandised on islands in the tasting area as well as a case full of truffles in what they call their artisan market.
